Today, children read less often than any previous generation and enjoy reading lessthan young people of the past according to a new study by the National Literacy Trustin 2019…. “Only 26% of under-18s spent any time each day reading. This is the lowestdaily level recorded since the charity first surveyed children’s reading habits in 2005”.
