Virtual Meeting
Kick off meeting of IMPROVE -Preventing low reading interest Erasmus+ project organized online on April 21st, 2022.
All project partners joined this first meeting. During the one-day event, project partners introduced their organizations. The partnership 8 partners from different countries. The project coordinator is from Cordoba, Spain Xul Foundation and partners are the Séneca School (Córdoba, Spain), Smart Idea (Slovenia), Jumpin Hub (Portugal), InCo (Italy), CODEC (Belgium), Cebder (Türkiye) and 7 Marsi (Macedonia).
The Agenda
During the meeting project tasks in the application is reviewed by all partners. The first tasks are discussed and the deadlines for the completion of these tasks are set. Administrative issues and responsibilities are presented by the project coordinator. Smart Idea introduced the task file of the project and how to use it during the project.
The first output of the project about manual of good practices are discussed and the calendar to complete them is set. The meeting is completed after the discussion of communication and dissemination plan.
Next Meeting
The first face to face meeting date is set as 1-2 September 2022 in Cordoba.
